Principle of Confidentiality
LegalLabs.AI treats all input data with the same rigor as Attorney-Client Privilege. Our architecture is designed to be "blind" to the semantic content of your queries outside of the analysis window. No human at LegalLabs.AI can access, read, or review the content of your legal queries or documents.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect only telemetry and authentication metadata. Case files and discovery documents processed through our Neural Net are stored in volatile memory and are cryptographically shredded immediately upon session termination. We do not maintain persistent copies of your legal documents.
Encryption Standards
All data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. Data at rest (for enterprise dedicated instances) utilizes AES-256 encryption with client-managed keys (CMK). We cannot decrypt your data. Our key management infrastructure is audited quarterly by independent third-party security firms.
No Third-Party Training
Your proprietary legal strategies and documents are never used to train our public base models. Your IP remains yours. This commitment is contractually binding and enforced through technical controls that physically prevent training data from accessing client query pipelines.
Data Sovereignty
Enterprise clients can choose the geographic region where their data is processed. We maintain data centers in the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom, each compliant with local data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and UK Data Protection Act 2018.
Incident Response
In the unlikely event of a security incident, our response team is contractually obligated to notify affected clients within 24 hours. We maintain a dedicated incident response team with experience in legal sector cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
